ORDERING INFORMATION:

CLAIMS: If you have a discrepancy, you must make a claim within three (3) business days after receipt of shipment.

RETURNS: Returns will be accepted only for damaged goods and shipping errors.
No returns will be accepted unless they have a Funny Fashion issued return label on the outside of the box.
Please call for Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping label.
Sizing and coloration of items made by hand or from natural materials may vary.
PRICES, QUANTITIES, BARCODES OR PACKAGING ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.

All balloons are individually packed
New Accounts are shipped prepaid, we accept Visa/MasterCard
Credit card transactions will not be billed until product is shipped.
